The skylines of Puteri Harbour, the jewel of Nusajaya is about to change with three developments kicking off this year.
Nearby the Puteri Harbour Clubhouse, work has commenced on Building 1 & 2 of Precinct A that houses the highly anticipated Indoor Family Theme Park and the Traders Hotel. Home to popular children's characters from HIT Entertainment Limited and Sanrio Entertainment Co. such as Hello Kitty, Thomas the Tank Engine, Bob the Builder, Barney the purple dinosaur and Pingu the penguin; the Indoor Family Theme Park will also have the privilege of featuring the quintessential Malaysian cartoonist Lat's first Lat cartoon-themed family restaurant.
The Indoor Family Theme Park, retail space, together with the 300 room, Four-Star Traders Hotel to be operated by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts spans across 100,000 square feet. Construction work is progressing as planned and it is slated to be completed by end of 2012.
Adjacent to the Precinct A buildings is the first condominium and office development within Puteri Harbour. Work on the residential tower is slated to begin in 2011. This freehold waterfront development, comprising a 35-storey residential tower, a 20-storey office tower and a shopping podium offers a majestic view of the Harbour, Linear Park as well as Kota Iskandar. Designed by one of the top 5 architecture firms in the world, this will be the first waterfront high-rise residential tower to be open to the market by UEM Land in Puteri Harbour.
