The skylines of Puteri Harbour, the jewel of Nusajaya is about to change with three developments kicking off this year.

Nearby the Puteri Harbour Clubhouse, work has commenced on Building 1 & 2 of Precinct A that houses the highly anticipated Indoor Family Theme Park and the Traders Hotel. Home to popular children's characters from HIT Entertainment Limited and Sanrio Entertainment Co. such as Hello Kitty, Thomas the Tank Engine, Bob the Builder, Barney the purple dinosaur and Pingu the penguin; the Indoor Family Theme Park will also have the privilege of featuring the quintessential Malaysian cartoonist Lat's first Lat cartoon-themed family restaurant.

Adjacent to the Precinct A buildings is the first condominium and office development within Puteri Harbour. Work on the residential tower is slated to begin in 2011.
