The Medini IWC comprises two main components, namely the Medini Estate and the Medini Sanctuary. The Medini Estate, the broader development, is fringed by a natural mangrove forest and Sungai Kemudi. It includes landed residences, condominiums, service apartments as well as a commercial village, set within a gentle terrain that is securely gated and guarded. The Medini Sanctuary is located within this Estate as its nucleus of wellbeing.
